Examples may include WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, hosting providers, payment processors, or other software.
Nerdzilla Tech does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, policies, compatibility, performance, security, or future functionality.
Changes made by third-party providers may require additional work.
Project pricing and payment terms will be communicated separately for each project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Work may be paused if required payments are overdue.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Any applicable third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, licenses, subscription services, or external platforms, may be separate from Nerdzilla Tech’s service fee unless specifically included.
Revision terms depend on the individual project agreement.
Requests that substantially change the approved direction, structure, functionality, or scope may be considered additional work.
Where additional work is required, Nerdzilla Tech may provide a revised price or timeline before proceeding.
Any estimated completion date depends on factors such as:

Third-party services
Technical issues outside our control
Delays in receiving content, access, feedback, or approval may extend the project timeline.

Once a project has been approved and launched, later changes may be treated as additional work unless covered by an agreed support arrangement.

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee:
A specific Google ranking
First-page placement
A specific number of visitors
A specific number of leads
Specific revenue from SEO
SEO should generally be treated as an ongoing process rather than a guaranteed result.
We may take reasonable steps to improve website performance when included in the project scope.
However, performance can be affected by hosting, plugins, themes, third-party scripts, advertising, analytics, media files, external services, visitor devices, and internet connections.
Specific performance scores cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Reasonable security practices may be implemented where included in the project.
However, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Nerdzilla Tech is not responsible for security incidents caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including compromised client credentials, third-party vulnerabilities, outdated software maintained by others, hosting incidents, or unauthorized changes after project delivery.
Clients should maintain appropriate backups of their websites and data.
If ongoing maintenance or backups are included in a separate support agreement, the specific terms of that agreement will apply.
Unless explicitly agreed, website maintenance is not automatically included indefinitely after project completion.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Nerdzilla Tech, subject to any third-party rights attached to those materials.
Ownership of completed custom work will depend on the project agreement and full payment of applicable fees.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, frameworks, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Nerdzilla Tech may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Our website may display examples of previous work and links to websites operated by clients or other third parties.
Third-party websites may change, move, become unavailable, or be modified after our work has been completed.
Nerdzilla Tech is not responsible for later changes made to third-party websites by their owners or other developers.
