Star believes that every woman regardless of age, size, race and religion should feel beautiful in her own skin and should take charge of their health by moving their bodies in ways they enjoy!

Coach Star not only created a twerkout experience like no other, but has also birthed a sistahood of SexySistas™️that has been blazing a bright path of self love for women ever since.
